Now in its 9th year our Christmas pop up shop is the best place to buy original and environmentally sound gifts and seasonal essentials.

We hand bind all our trees with hop twine..

The idea of a plastic free greener Christmas is just that, as a business we have worked hard to remove single use plastic and examine all wasteful aspects of what we do. A lot of what we do simply references a time before plastic use, 

 

We will have a big range of fresh wreaths and table decorations all made from sustainably foraged greenery. We use material from the grounds of the Abbey school which have a surprising range of trees and hedgerow plants. Our pine cones come from 3 Scots Pines on site, when we do collect material like holly we are careful to take small amounts from each plant, making sure plenty of berries are left for animals.

Big focus this year is India.. tools and stunning pottery, Fireside sets and recycled wool blankets, hot water bottle sets and woollen draft excluder’s. So much to see.. we guarantee you will find something different that wont cost the earth.
